Community, collaboration, and coffee: Join us for Wake Up Winston at The Salvation Army of Winston-Salem's Teen Center at the Ken Carlson Boys and Girls Club! The Teen Center is focused on growth, connection, and learning through programs tailored to support teens during their crucial years of development. This monthly networking event is hosted by Greater Winston-Salem Inc. members at their place of business to enjoy learning about and visiting many different locations around town. Light refreshments provided.

About The Salvation Army:
The Salvation Army has served the Greater Winston-Salem area since 1907. They provide the only family emergency homeless shelter in Forsyth County, giving single parents and families with children the tools they need to rebuild their lives. They operate food pantries in downtown Winston-Salem and downtown Kernersville. Their social services department serves families and individuals with rent, utility, and other emergency assistance, preventing homelessness. They operate a Boys & Girls Club that focuses on educational and character building programs, fostering social equity and offering workforce development programs to prepare members for life after high school.
