Trellis Supportive Care is the first hospice in the state of North Carolina. Since 1979, Trellis has been providing personalized and compassionate care to patients and families throughout the Piedmont Triad community. Hospice care has been the cornerstone of our services; but over the years, we have introduced new and expanded programs. These programs include grief counseling and advanced care planning, both free of charge for anyone in the community, as well as expanded palliative care services designed to meet the needs of patients earlier in the disease process. 

Because both patients and family receive support and care from a specially trained, dedicated team of clinical staff and kind volunteers, patients can feel greater peace — regardless of their age, prognosis or treatment options.
