Goodwill is many things. We are a non-profit, donor-driven agency. We are a retailer. We are a contract services operation and a major recycler of textiles. But most importantly, we are a leader in workforce development services. Goodwill's Workforce Development Center provides career guidance, educational programs and support services to help people in our community become more independent and develop the skills they need for today's job market. The sale of donated items in Goodwill's retail stores funds these programs. At Goodwill, we believe that all people, regardless of situation, should have access to meaningful employment.
