Pure Sweat Sauna Studio is a boutique wellness studio offering infrared saunas and cold plunges designed to help clients detox, recover, and recharge. We are growing our team and seeking an Assistant Studio Manager with a strong background in sales leadership and a passion for wellness.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Studio Manager will help oversee daily operations, lead sales performance, coach and develop team members, and deliver a best-in-class wellness experience. This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, leading with purpose, and growing in a health-forward environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead team sales performance, setting and tracking individual + studio goals.

Hire, train, and coach team members for success.

Promote and sell memberships, session packs, and retail products.

Ensure an exceptional client experience through service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Support local marketing, events, and community partnerships as needed.

Maintain studio systems, scheduling, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

2+ years of retail or sales management experience (required).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Passion for health, wellness, and community connection.

Availability for evenings and weekends.
