Welcome to the World of Work! This event will welcome more than 2,500 Winston-Salem/Forsyth County 10th graders to explore career possibilities across a variety of industries. Students will have the opportunity to interact with businesses and educational institutions to learn more about the careers that interest them and how to get there. 10th grader tours will be held from 9:45 AM - 1:00 PM.

Join us for a networking breakfast, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM, to kick off the event! Lunch will be available to participating business representatives.

Students will work their way through six "worlds" including Aviation/Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences and Business Services. Business booths are free, and companies are encouraged to make their booths as interactive as possible. 

The day will conclude with a community career fair from 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM.
