Community, collaboration, and coffee: Join us for Wake Up Winston at Aware Hot Yoga! This monthly networking event is hosted by Greater Winston-Salem Inc. members at their place of business to enjoy learning about and visiting many different locations around town. Light refreshments provided.

Winston-Salem’s first and only full-service hot yoga studio! As the only studio of its kind in the area, Aware provides a premium experience with complimentary mats, yoga towels, and refreshing cold towels after every class. With 45 classes per week, they offer a variety of options, including Hot Vinyasa, Hot 26, Hot Pilates, Yin, and more. Most classes are beginner-friendly, with great starting points like Hot Vinyasa Express, Yin, and Hot 26. For those looking for a challenge, Hot Pilates is a high-energy HIIT-style class that’s also beginner-friendly. Their hot room is heated to 105°F for yoga and 95°F for pilates, creating the perfect environment for deep stretching, relaxation, and transformation.

If you’re interested in trying Aware, explore their "New to Aware" options online, including a First-Time Drop-In for $23 or a Two-Week Unlimited pass for $33.

Come network, connect, and experience Aware at Wake Up Winston—and don’t worry, we won’t be drinking coffee in the heat! We’ll be gathering in the cool and cozy Restorative Room instead.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available near Aware Hot Yoga for Wake Up Winston. Park along Trade Street (perpendicular to the studio), 9th Street (parallel to the studio), in Earl’s parking lot (next door), or in the lot directly behind the building off Trade Street.
