About Redefined International
Britney Dent, also known as The Teen Choice Coach and Founder of Redefined International, holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a Life Coach specializing in working with parents and teenagers. Britney spent 10 years as a public school teacher and is currently the Director of Programs for LEAD Girls of NC. She is also a graduate of Hands On Northwest, Wake Forest University’s Women’s Emerging Leaders program, the City of Winston-Salem University, and Leadership Winston-Salem.

Britney believes in “working hard and being nice.” She is the proud recipient of the 2024 City of Winston-Salem Young Dreamer of the Year award and the 2022 United Way Women United Transformational Leader award. Britney serves on the board for Triad Restorative Justice and volunteers with numerous local organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching Jeopardy!, and playing board games with family and friends. With Redefined International, Britney offers workshops, retreats, group coaching, and training for organizations.
