Shadow a WS/FCS principal in a local public school and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of school leadership. Greater Winston-Salem Inc. and Winston/Salem Forsyth County Schools have partnered to offer this unique experience! 

This immersive experience offers leaders an opportunity to share their own expertise and insights, while learning about the unique dynamics of educational leadership. 

The day will culminate in a collaborative luncheon at Truist Stadium with table discussions focused on how to better support schools and strengthen the partnership between the business sector and education.
