Spencer has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in grocery retail, e-commerce, and consumer packaged goods with some of the industry's best-known and most respected companies, including HJ Heinz, The Dannon Company, Kellogg Company, Ahold Delhaize, and Peapod (within Ahold Delhaize).
