We invite our members to join our Lunch With Leaders featuring Coleman Team, President and Managing Partner at Front Street Capital, a commercial real estate development, investment, and management company headquartered here in Winston-Salem. He is a co-founder and general partner of the company’s private equity platform and a seasoned real estate entrepreneur who has started several enduring businesses across brokerage, development, and investment practices of commercial real estate throughout his career. 

Coleman oversees all company operations, portfolio and investment management, and strategic growth opportunities. Under his leadership Front Street’s development and investment portfolio focuses on class-A, industrial, office, healthcare, and mixed-use assets across the southeastern United States. Coleman is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Business and Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program for Real Estate Management.

Parking: Complimentary parking is located in the P5 Lot. The GPS parking address is 620 North Research Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. Press the intercom button at the gate and inform security that you are coming to Greater Winston-Salem Inc. for a meeting. From the parking lot, you'll go up the stairs or ramp and enter the 525@Vine double doors. The GWSI suite will be one floor above you once you enter. Use the staircase to your left or the elevators to your right to access the second floor. GWSI signage will be at the office entrance. Walk straight to the end of the hallway and take the first right. Classroom 2447 will be the first door on your right.
