A member of the U.S. executive team and BAT’s Global leadership community, she is helping transform the tobacco industry and plays a pivotal role leading Reynolds’ Communications and ESG agenda.

In 2024, Savoy Magazine named Shay one of the Most Influential Executives in Corporate America. She was also named a 2023 and 2024 Global 100 Empower Executive, recognizing her efforts to promote diversity and inclusion.

Parking: Complimentary parking is located in the P5 Lot. The GPS parking address is 620 North Research Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. Press the intercom button at the gate and inform security that you are coming to Greater Winston-Salem Inc. for a meeting. From the parking lot, you'll go up the stairs or ramp and enter the 525@Vine double doors. The GWSI suite will be one floor above you once you enter. Use the staircase to your left or the elevators to your right to access the second floor. GWSI signage will be at the office entrance. Walk straight to the end of the hallway and take the first right. Classroom 2447 will be the first door on your right.
