Workout For A Cause

Description

Join us for a fun workout with Coach Donnie Cowart, Crazy Running, at Hanes Park Rec Softball Field while supporting the 2025 Winston Under 40 Community Partner, the Winston-Salem Street School. This hour long workout is filled with running activities, dynamic team-based exercises, and strength-building challenges! Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, come by for an energizing and engaging experience for the entire family. Youth ages 3+, families and adults are all welcome to join in on the workout.  

About Crazy Running: Born in Winston-Salem out of a need for kids to have highly active programming to keep them healthy and happy. Drawing from track and field, brilliant games get all ages having fun. The first official program was run in Hanes Park in the summer of 2009.  Since then, Crazy Running has grown its year-round presence in Winston-Salem for youth and adults, and reached franchise locations across multiple states.
