Join us for a workout at RockBox Fitness while supporting the 2024 Winston Under 40 Community Partner, Parenting PATH! 

This class will feature a dynamic combination of boxing and kickboxing with functional strength training all in 50 minutes. Get ready for a high energy, super fun class that will challenge you in the best way possible! This will be a full body workout.

About Parenting PATH: A local non-profit organization whose mission is to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect in northwest North Carolina. This mission is accomplished through a variety of services aimed at strengthening families, enhancing parent-child relationships and increasing community awareness. Today 18 different services or programs are used in the prevention and treatment of child abuse and over 1,100 families are served in 8 counties in northwest North Carolina.
