Become a Forsyth Works Employer of Choice and demonstrate your commitment to building a thriving workplace culture. This designation helps organizations attract top talent, strengthen retention efforts, and enhance their reputation as a great place to work in Forsyth County.

This full-day seminar equips employers with strategies to strengthen their workforce, enhance recruitment and retention efforts, foster an inclusive workplace culture, and remain aligned with evolving employment standards and practices.

Participating employers will hear from local subject-matter experts on topics including workforce access and opportunity, employment policies and the employee experience, organizational engagement and networking, AI in talent acquisition, and more.

Employers who complete the seminar will earn the Forsyth Works Employer of Choice Credential, including a digital badge through Credly, that can be displayed on company websites, social media, email signatures, and more.

This valuable professional development opportunity is designed to provide both tactical and strategic insights that attendees can apply day to day within their organizations. Each participating employer may register up to three attendees. Seminar content is geared toward professionals in management, leadership, and human resources.

Lunch is provided. Parking instructions will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.
