Gauging your digital literacy skills provides a clear picture of your strengths and areas for growth in navigating the increasingly digital world. By assessing your abilities in key areas, including essential computer and software skills and how to use technology in your daily life, you can identify where to focus your efforts for improvement. This self-awareness boosts your confidence in using technology effectively and enhances your adaptability to new tools and platforms. Ultimately, evaluating and strengthening your digital skills opens up greater opportunities for career advancement and personal empowerment in an ever-evolving digital landscape. 

Join us for a free workshop led by Lucious Oliver and members of the Forsyth Tech Student Academic Success Team as they share with us the importance of increasing our digital literacy skills and how the Northstar Assessment can identify areas of strength and development. The workshop will begin as a lunch and learn and transition to the computer lab for those interested in taking the Northstar assessment and consulting with the Forsyth Tech team. Lunch will be provided. 

(Lunch & Learn is 11am-12:15pm, Northstar Assessment until 12:15-1:30pm)
