Virtual Carolina Healthworks Insurance Panel

We are excited to announce Greater Winston-Salem Inc. members now have access to a new health insurance option designed specifically for small businesses!

Join us for a virtual 30-minute panel to learn more about Carolina HealthWorks, a partnership between the NC Chamber and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) that helps small businesses provide health coverage to their employees.

Through this program, small businesses with 2 to 50 employees can pool their resources under a Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA)—giving them access to the competitive rates and comprehensive benefits typically reserved for larger employers.

During this session, you’ll:

  • Hear directly from licensed health insurance brokers and program partners.
  • Gain a clear understanding of eligibility, enrollment, and available plan options.
  • Have the opportunity to ask questions and receive general guidance on how this benefit could support your business and team.

This session is a great opportunity to explore how Carolina HealthWorks can help you lower costs, strengthen employee benefits, and stay competitive in a challenging healthcare market.
