Exploring Childcare as an Employee Benefit: Business Roundtable

We invite employers looking to modernize their benefits and gain a competitive advantage in recruiting talent to join us to explore childcare solutions as an employee benefit. Facilitated by Samantha Cole, Child Care Business Liaison for the North Carolina Department of Commerce, this conversation aims to bridge the gap between corporate policies and the needs of employees, emphasizing how quality childcare can enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Katura Jackson, Executive Director of the Child Care Resource Center, will discuss Forsyth County's local challenges to gear solutions toward challenges in our community. This roundtable will highlight the mutual benefits of investing in childcare resources, such as improved work-life balance and reduced absenteeism. With a focus on practical solutions and innovative but proven approaches, employers will gain insights into effective strategies for implementing or expanding childcare benefits, while childcare professionals will provide expertise on the challenges and opportunities within the industry. The discussed solutions will fit a range of corporate investment levels.
